Graphics: Something New? The graphics in CM2007 aren't a very big upgrade over the graphics on CM2006. Aside from a few new color schemes and the new graphical man-marking system, there doesn't seem to be any difference at all. Thankfully, this doesn't really matter, as the majority of the game is spent looking at lists and ledgers. The basic color scheme is very aesthetic and gets the job done. Once again, however, I would've liked some glitz on top of the color scheme. Even being able to see the club stadium or a visual look at the training facilities would've helped. As it is, playing as a coach in CM2007 feels like a desk job. You only leave your office when you have to for matches, and then you never leave the stadium. It doesn't hinder the gameplay at all, but it certainly doesn't help either.Aside from the lack of glitz, there aren't any real problems with CM2007's graphics. Everything looks natural and well illustrated, the lists don't hurt your eyes, and the colors blend into the background smoothly. You can also put the game into windowed mode and pick from numerous visual themes if you get bored. If this game had some extra glitz on top of the basic graphics it had already, it would've easily placed higher on the ten scale. Sound: Beeps, Boops, and Cheers! There doesn't seem to be a difference between the sound of CM2007 and the sound of CM2006. The mail makes a ding when it arrives, the crowd cheers loudly for a goal and boos at the referee, and various mild sounds announce that the game is saved or that you've changed pages. Nothing new, nothing bad, a good way to have it. If you simply dislike all noise, you can turn the sound off and listen to your favorite 80s soundtrack. That's an enjoyable feature, as the best music is music you pick out for yourself.Value Weighing in at $39.95, CM2007 is well worth the price. With numerous improvements, a bug free environment, updated rosters, more clubs to play, and faster loading times, it is an excellent update over CM2006 and a must-buy for any soccer or simulation fans.Pros • Easy to play • Realistic players • Updated roster • New ProZone and Team Talk systemsCons • Lots of list watching • Low glitz
