CodeBlender Software, makers of the shareware rally racing game, Rally Shift, has released Rally Shift Garage, an application that allows users to fine tune car parameters and change car performance, handling, and more. Intended for people who are familiar with creating game mods, the tool allows you to change many details in Rally Shift such as weight, engine performance, gear box, tire and many other parameters.
