Garage Games recently announced an exclusive deal made with Max Gaming LLC concerning Dark Horizons: Lore. A mech-piloting title that utilizes the Torque engine, this will be their first core title built with the engine.

Utilizing the award-winning network code found in the Torque Engine, Max Gaming LLC has the perfect backbone to set up the ideal gaming and development environment for Dark Horizons: Lore. When combined with Torque´s brilliant scripting, geometry, texturing and animation capabilities, the true vision of Max Gaming and Dark Horizons: Lore can now finally be realized.
Dark Horizons allows players to pilot one of six Mechanized Assault Vehicles, known as MAVs. Pilots can choose to fight alone or as a group with a variety of weapons. The response to Dark Horizons has apparently been huge, with the beta garnering so much support that Max Gaming felt compelled to double the thousand testers cap.

Thanks to the portability of the Torque engine, Mac users can expect to get in on the fun as well. Stay tuned to IMG for more information on Dark Horizons: Lore as it becomes available.
