Apple Features Total Immersion Racing 10:13 AM | Tuncer Deniz | Comment on this story
The Apple games web site has been updated with a feature on Feral's upcoming racing game, Total Immersion Racing. The game features a revolutionary A.I. where computer-controlled drivers all have their own personalities, memories, behaviors and grudges to bear. Here's a clip from the feature: Those grudges really come out in Feral Interactive’s Total Immersion Racing career and challenge modes. In the former, you begin the circuit as a rookie in a GT class car. You field offers from team managers who want you to compete for them, select the one you want, and take part in a series of races. You earn points depending on your finish in each race; the season champion is the one with the most points. After each competition, your manager assesses your effort. Feral will be shipping Total Immersion Racing for the Mac in November. For more, be sure to check out the Apple feature.
