This week's desktop, courtesy of IMG's Brad Custer, focuses on Sony's upcoming MMORPG, EverQuest. A famous title within gaming circles, EverQuest offers a multitude of races and classes, a vast world made up of several continents, and an online society that has been the subject of more than a few studies. In an interesting twist, this week's desktop is not only a nod to the Mac community, but to the PC one as well: Since my first official feature at MGL this game has been a highly requested desktop by PC users that knew of my work. Now, that EverQuest is coming to the Mac via Sony Online Entertainment there was never a better reason to honor one of my longest requests. I used art supplied by Sony Online Entertainment to create this week's wallpaper. I was quite pleased with the end result. I simply entitled it "Perilous" and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it. The desktop features EverQuest's famous Elven cover girl, Firiona Vie, and comes in the usual assortment of sizes.
