Warcraft III Beta Shutting Down Soon

In an announcement on Battle.net's Warcraft III beta forum, Bilizzard's Rob Pardo announced that the beta will be closing in about one week, pending resolution of just a few more issues for patching. Warcraft IIIhas officially gone gold, so major gameplay issues are already resolved. Now that we have officially gone gold, I wanted to give everyone an update on the beta.... The beta will continue for approximately another week. It will be shutting down around June 24th, but don't hold me to that date, since things do change :) The article also details the upcoming Beta tournament. Warcraft III is due to be released for the Mac and PC on July 3rd.
