MacGamer Reviews Aliens vs Predator 6:00 AM | Sean Smith | Comment on this story
Our friends at MacGamer.com have been laying on the game reviews. Yesterday they posted a review by Dave Peck of Aliens vs Predator, the long-awaited first-person shooter from MacPlay that traces its origins back to a version for the venerable Atari Jaguar. I've played many tense games and AvP is the scariest game I've ever survived. It's the only game I've gotten a sore neck along with bug dreams. Even in the Training Mode, AvP will kick your arse if you're not careful. And as a reviewer, I've never worked so hard coming up with descent screen shots. Your dead before you can even hit the button! As a Marine solo player, you find yourself on the tail end of an evacuation working your way from the research complex planetside to orbital, fighting aliens all the way. Head over to MacGamer for the full review and a batch of screen shots.
(If you like what you see, you can order the game from the IMG Store. If you buy a subscription or renewal to the MacGames CD, IMG will even buy the game for you.)
