Trine Enchanted Edition Coming To Macs

Frozenbyte recently announced the release of The Trine Enchanted Edition for Windows PCs, promising OS X and Linux versions will be released as well. The updated edition of the original Trine will give players the chance to experience the game in a new mode using the more advanced Trine 2 engine. Other updates will include features like multiplayer support, updated visuals, and improved gameplay. The Enchanted Edition is a free update for the owners of the PC version of Trine. There are added features, most importantly online multiplayer and mid-level saving. The updated version does not impact the original game. Instead, both versions are available and can be selected from the game’s launcher.At the moment the Enchanted Edition is only available for Windows, but we will be adding the Mac and Linux versions afterwards. For now we can’t give a timetable for these yet, but we’ll let you know when it’s time! More details can be found at the links below.
