A recent post on Ambrosia Software's progress log reveals that DEFCON for Mac has reached final candidate stage, bringing the strategy title one step closer to release. DEFCON is a multiplayer strategy game which sets two players against one another in a game of global thermonuclear war.

Final candidate release is out! Fixes problems with mods, mostly. We've also made a Mac version of Introversion's fantastic user manual, which is now bundled in the app.
DEFCON for Mac will be compatible with both Intel and PowerPC macs and will sell for $25 from Ambrosia's website.
