UT2007 PC System Requirements 9:03 AM | Marcus Albers | 19 comments
Unreal mega-fansite BeyondUnreal has posted some recent discussion about the system requirements for the PC version of the upcoming FPS Unreal Tournament 2007. To say that the initial requirements are daunting is an understatement. • required hardware for highest in-game detail including 4x FSAA and 8:1 AF: 3-4GHz, 1Gb Ram, Nvidia 6800GT/ultra or 7800GT/GTX SLI• Improvements with the 64 Bit version: Possibility to address more textures, vertices and levels The specs are as reported in an article from PC Game Hardware, and not official specs from Epic. Thilo Bayer, Editor-in-Chief PCG Hardware, adds:[A]s I clarified in a seperate e-mail with Mark Rein, we have some misunderstanding in the term "minimum specs". We mean "minimum specs for high in game detail" which is not the same as bare "minimum specs" so that the game runs at all. Head over to BeyondUnreal and check out all of the UT2007 discussion and news.
