Sony Online Entertainment's system administrator Brenlo updated the Everquest Macintosh Edition website last week with news on the progress of their latest system updates.

Apart from implementing some bug fixes and Guides for the Mac-dedicated Al'Kabor server, the Sony staff are currently working out the technical challenges of implementing character moves to and from the Mac-only server.

Sony Online Entertainment, which celebrated the one year anniversary of the Mac EverQuest Community at the end of June, is also working on a number of unannounced, additional updates to the server code, which will be implemented in the near future.

The software for EverQuest: Macintosh Edition is available for $49.95 USD and $47.95 USD for MacGames CD/IMG Pro Subscribers at the IMG Store. Subscriptions to Sony's EverQuest Mac Edition can be purchased online at Sony's website - click on the links below.
