MacBroadcast LLC acquires MacRadio
8:03 AM | Eddie Park | Comment on this story

MacBroadcast has recently announced its acquisiton of MacRadio, a net-based radio network centered around the Mac. MacRadio is home to several programs, including Sean Smith's own The Gamesome Mac, as well as other Mac-related shows.

MacRadio began broadcasting in 2001, and today reaches over 10,000 listeners around the globe each month via QuickTime streaming through weekly radio programs like "The Gamesome Mac," "MacKaos," and "The Mac Night Owl LIVE."
It's always nice to have more successful Mac-themed media outlets, and the Gamesome Mac in particular has been instrumental in providing weekly interviews from various game developers in the Mac community. We hope the acquisition only serves to strengthen MacRadio's shows.
