Neverball 1.2.1 Available
7:51 AM | Eddie Park | Comment on this story

Gamers looking for something new to try out may want to check out a freeware title known as Neverball. In the same vein as GarageGames' Marble Blast, Neverball has players guiding a ball through various obstacle courses in an attempt to reach the goal before time runs out.

Also included in the package is Neverputt, a miniature golf game that applies both the graphics and physics of Neverball into its gameplay.

Besides being a free app, developer Robert Kooima encourages players to create their own levels:

Contributed levels are more than welcome. Players interested in trying their hand at level creation are encouraged to install GtkRadiant and read through the MAPPING file in the Neverball package. Feel free to contact me for assistance and advice. All contributed levels of sufficent quality and finish will be included in the package hosted here, and all authors will be credited in-game.
More information and download links can be found at the Neverball site.
