Some recent news for those interested in the Massively Multiplayer Online Role-playing Game (MMORPG) Shadowbane includes the fact that the game's price point has dropped down to $20. This should be a good nudge for those previously only hindered by its entry fee to give the title a try.
Also of note for those players already in the world of Shadowbane is that a new world map implementation is just about to hit internal testing, which means the worlds "Scorn" and "Treachery" will soon disappear forever. They've posted a short Q&A list to answer some of common inquiries about the change. Here's an important bit for players of those two servers:

Unfortunately no. Only the items the character has equipped can cross the interstellar boundaries between worlds. So basically – only what they have on their backs. Banks and Inventories will not make the migration so equip your character wisely before the sun sets on Treachery and Scorn for the last time.
