Battle.net Connection Troubles

Blizzard recently posted a note stating that there are currently some connection problems with their Battle.net online service. Apparently the problem is causing connectivity issues between the east and west coast of the U.S. Here's the note from Battle.net:

The ISP responsible for US Battle.net servers is experiencing a network issue. This is affecting connectivity between the East and West coast of the US. The ISP is investigating this issue, and additional information will be posted here when available.
