A Change Of Scenery.

World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King is the popular expansion from Blizzard Entertainment. It builds on the rich foundation established in World of Warcraft and The Burning Crusade, providing a wealth of new content for players to explore. The harsh, forbidding continent of Northrend, home of the Lich King and his undead minions, has been uncovered on the world map, and to contend with the new challenges found there, players will be able to advance to level 80, acquiring potent new abilities and talents along the way.

One of my favorite zones would have to be the Storm Peaks. It's a mountain range in the northeast of Northrend and where a mysterious race of Storm Giants live. The third Titan city of Ulduar is also located here. The winds that rip through the mountains are extremely violent and dangerous. In the lore of the World of Warcraft, it was in the Storm Peaks that a titanic battle occurred between Aegwynn and Sargeras.

Maybe its the season that has me favoring this place. ;)

World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King from Blizzard Entertainment was another successful expansion. I know this by the endless requests that have piled up in my inbox for more eye candy from it. So, I decided this week to honor all your emails by featuring my favorite zone. I was able to make this wallpaper with the help of Blizzard Entertainment. I simply entitled this selection, "Storm Peaks", and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it. :)

Everyone be sure to keep those requests coming in.

Until then...
