United We Stand.
12:00 AM EST | Brad Custer
Words escape me to truly express what occurred this past week in our great nation.
I first felt shock when I heard over the radio the news of one plane hitting the World Trade Center.
Then I felt total disbelief and sorrow as I heard of the second plane hitting.
That was shortly replaced by anger as the report of the third plane striking the Pentagon and that it was an act of terrorism.
The forth plane had me worried that it was never going to end and that this was an all out assault on our country.
Like everyone else I was sick to my stomach seeing all of this unfold and I know I'll never forget the images, stories and people involved.
May god bless everyone it touched and watch over them.
I wasn't sure what was going to happen to our nation and feared that it would drive our country apart, but it had the opposite effect.
It has brought our great country closer together than we have been in awhile.
Everytime I see a fellow American flying our flag or showing support it touches my heart and gives me great pride to be part of it.
I knew this week I wanted to pay tribute in some way to all those that lost their lives or a loved one so I decided to use my weekly desktop as my way to honor them.
Please download this desktop and pass it along to a friend.
I'm sure you're wondering how you can help just as I did.
