Forum code updated

I ran through a horrible update for the forum code. They willynilly changed all kinds of templates for stupid reasons which made a ridiculous mound of diff results.

So, if something has broken somewhere, let me know and I'll try to see about fixing it. I THINK I got them all, but eh... was a stupid mess of changes.
