MacGameStore / WinGameStore Revamp
#1
The store got a facelift, mobilization, and some new features (google sign-in, better cart, more bling, many other stuff under the hood, but new workings non-the-less).

Theres also a new Build a Bundle feature going on for launch week, THQ games (Most work on mac, but more choices for windows).

Windows: https://www.wingamestore.com/build-a-bundle/10588/

I like the look!

I would give you a bean, but, limitations on how good I am allowed to be and all...

There should be some information on how often/when flash sales happen, instead of it just being empty after you select the page.

Oh! Haha... yeah........ :/ the sales department is in charge of those, and I didn't get any information on how to proceed with that specific listing. It was wanted, so it was provided... but if nothing is running at the time, the list looks a bit brutish.

"Pick 7 or more, save 75%" - Yet there are only 6 games to pick from.... Fail!

Well... it's had a shopping cart for about 6 years after a brief stint of "buy one thing at a time" mode which only lasted a few months (and sucked). But before that mode it had a cart as well since the beginning back to 2000. When the store was simply 1 page of products to choose from! Ah, memories of the days without digital downloads... mmm...

Maybe you mean, it now has a more seamless add-to-cart that doesn't require going to a checkout page each time you add? Yeah. Also can add without being signed in.

Something I want to do (but didnt get the time to do)... is to have it also forever-remember what you add to cart, despite if you walked away for a day or month.

Yup, I laughed too... then thought "ok how do I handle this condition" ... then ended up with "..... oh well!" Would need 1 more game added to the list to choose from that works for mac (or a mac only one to add to the list so it doesnt alter the choices on the windows side). Tricky situation. But then, the bundle was not flagged to be listed ON MGS itself (even though going to the page works from both stores). So I guess it covers that.

I know MGS had a shopping cart for years, it’s just that the Epic Games Store still doesn’t have one.

I was just pointing out MGS's obvious superiority.
