Unreal Tournament 2004 Demo Patch Released 3:11 PM | Tuncer Deniz | Comment on this story
MacSoft today released an update for the playable demo of Epic Games highly anticipated Unreal Tournament 2004 for the Macintosh. The update (version 3120.1) addresses the following issues: Fixes color problems on ATI hardware running under Panther. Game no longer crashes at startup if you have an iSight or USB microphone plugged in. Fixes problem with wheeled vehicles sometimes not being able to move. "Dedicated" button in "Host Game" didn't work; it does now. Models are now lit correctly. Other minor rendering glitches fixed. Server browser now lists real pings for servers instead of zero. To update requires that you already have the original UT demo installed. To download either the demo or the update, head over to Macgamefiles.com.
