The Music Of Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition 6:00 AM | Cord Kruse | 1 comment
Kotaku has posted a few sample clips of new music from Overhaul Games' upcoming Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition. The clips feature atmospheric tunes from The Black Pits, one of several new areas players will get to enjoy when the game is released in September. When Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition was first announced, one of the coolest things about it was the fact that it'll feature an all new adventure, "The Black Pits." And one of the coolest things about that was that it meant we'd be getting new music for the iconic game, music by Mass Effect composer Sam Hulick. The original soundtrack is an RPG classic, so it's neat that it'll get expanded. No pressure, Sam!Hasbro has approved these three 30-second previews of the new music for general consumption. They're short, I know, but ya work with what ya got. Plus hey, it's not every day we get to hear new music for a 14-year-old game. Listen to the music at the link below.
