April Issue of MontyMail Released
7:57 AM | Eddie Park | Comment on this story

Freeverse has issued the latest incarnation of its newsletter MontyMail. Hot topics in the newsletter include the release of a boxed version of X-Words Deluxe as well as BumperCar, the kid-friendly web browser, reaching Gold status.

Also included in the newsletter are some rather interesting April Fools pieces, including one that sends a message of thanks to all software pirates:

Pirates, it's you who we really respect, because without you, we would not feel loved. We'd miss the attention. That's why in April, any software that you pirate, you can keep, as long as you send a letter to us, to the Software Publisher's Association, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, detailing the name of the software you have no intention of paying for.
Incidentally, this latest issue also contains a contest which asks readers to identify all the false articles in the newsletter. Correct entries will qualify for a chance to win Burning Monkey Solitaire 3.
