e.p.i.c. interactive has posted a recent announcement that they are currently distributing ToySight. The party title by Freeverse that makes use of webcams for control, e.p.i.c. lists the title as shipping now.

Toysight is set of cool games and toys to play using your iSight™ or similar firewire camera. You control the game! Point, wave, touch, flap and balance your way to victory. ToySight uses a system of object and motion detection to track your position, allowing you to control buttons, sliders and perform gestures on the screen, putting you right in the action!
Customers interested in purchasing ToySight from e.p.i.c. will find it listed in their online store. An information page in German is also available.
