This week's desktop, courtesy of Brad Custer, focuses on Aliens vs. Predator 2 and also ties in the upcoming AvP movie. The game introduces even more atmospheric sci-fi action, once again allowing gamers to experience combat as a vicious Alien, well-armed Marine, or mighty Predator.

Here's how this desktop came to be:

I always enjoy the email I receive from the viewers of my section. The words of praise are great to receive and the main reason I continue to do this. :) I really enjoy it though when I receive an unique request like the one that inspired this week's desktop. Everyone has heard of the movie coming out based on AvP. Well, a loyal fan of my work asked for me to create a wallpaper for Aliens vs. Predator 2, but to tie it into the movie too. I was honored to attempt this request and I was quiet happy with the results. It features the headshots of the two main lifeforms of the title. So, with the help of MacPlay and the internet, I was able to create this wallpaper. I simply entitled it, "Ravage", and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it. :)
