Apple Looks at Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield 9:52 AM | Johan Hansén | Comment on this story
Apple's game section has taken a closer look at the squad-based first person tactical shooter Rainbos Six 3: Raven Shield that will come to Mac from Aspyr Media later this month. Even though the game is mainly seen from a first person point of view, it differs a lot from a normal first person shooter. A small excerpt from the article: While Raven Shield allows you to see the action through a character’s eyes as you carry out the 15 missions in the game, as any first-person shooter does, it requires more planning than most FPS titles. You select up to eight operatives, who all sport specific specialties, and break them into no more than three teams. Equip them with your choice of 57 weapons, gear such as night vision goggles or explosives and body armor (heavier is better, but it also slows them down). Then decide your strategy. Place your pre-order at the IMG Store today and you should hopefully have it before Christmas.
