Westlake: Medal of Honor and Undying Reach Beta

In what will be great news for FPS fans everywhere, Westlake Interactive has announced that both Medal of Honor: Allied Assault and Undying have reached beta. With Medal of Honor just announced and Undying's many delays, these two titles qualify for both fastest and most lengthy ports respectively out of Westlake's entire current impressive lineup.
The World War 2 shooter Medal of Honor is progressing very quickly under the work of Duane Johnson (who recently ported another Quake 3-based game, Return to Castle Wolfenstein). While the initial release date was late summer, it might slide in a little sooner:
Medal of Honor: Allied Assault is Beta! Westlake has begun beta testing MOH:AA, and is looking forward to getting the software all polished up and ready to ship out to gamers. We're planning a very thorough testing period to squash all the bugs we can. The game is playing very well, and Mac gamers should be happy to know we're well ahead of our original schedule, so a ship date before the original August target looks very probable. No promises yet, of course, but stay tuned for more info on this highly acclaimed shooter.
Undying is a thriller based upon the work of famed horror author Clive Barker which has received much praise on the PC side. This UT-based game ran into a few technical hurdles as well as a slight priority shift, but it seems well on the way towards completion now. None other than Westlake president Glenda Adams is on the job, and she expects it to be wrapped up in the next few weeks. Both games will be published by Aspyr Media. Kudos goes out to the entire Westlake team for all of their hard work.
