Exploring World Of Warcraft Cataclysm

YouGamers has posted a new review of Blizzard Entertainment's Cataclysm expansion for World of Warcraft. Cataclysm allows players to adventure as two new playable races, bring their characters to level 85, take on challenging quests and dungeons in all-new zones, and experience dramatic changes to familiar aspects of the game in the wake of a world-shattering disaster.
All new 5-man dungeons have normal versions you can visit during the leveling and those versions are a soft ramp-up to the new group dynamics. Not hard and not requiring advanced tactics. Heroics at level 85 are a different matter. The looking-for-dungeon tool already sets an average item level limit before you can even queue for heroics (329) and that means you have to fill up your equipment set with quest and reputation rewards and some normal mode loot before you can even enter.Visit the page below to check out the entire review.
YouGamers: WoW Cataclysm Review
Once you do, the first time may be bit of a shock. Should you attempt Wrath-style "tactics" where a tank charges in, spams his best multi-target attack while the ranged DPS opens up with area spells and abilities, you will get interesting results. Instead of a pile of charred trash mobs, you will get your face ripped off. There are many reasons for this - heroic dungeon monsters actually hit pretty hard and they often have fairly evil spells and abilities that, if left uninterrupted, really hurt. Still, the main reason is the new healer gameplay philosophy.
