jalada GmbH has announced the release of jalada Chain Reaction, a family friendly puzzle game. To succeed players much combine chains of color bubbles by dragging the mouse across them. The game features 100 levels and colorful graphics.

The aim of jalada Chain Reaction is to remove all of the targets on each level, and to do this before the time runs out. The player has to collect color bubbles on the field by combining them into chains to enter the next level, and create the longest chain ever. To do this, the player has to press the mouse button on a bubble and drag the mouse over the surrounding bubbles of the same color. When all the desired bubbles are connected, the player has to release the button, and the chain will disappear. The player score points depending on the length of this chain. An 8-bubble chain will give more score than two 4-bubble ones, for example. So the player should always look up for the longest possible combination.

There are several targets of different types assigned randomly for each level. The targets are initially empty, but getting filled when the player is collecting chains of the corresponding type. A filled target disappears - so when all of them are gone, the level is won.

Simple targets are the easiest to remove. Just collect any chains and fill the targets. Neither color nor the lengths of the chain are important.
Numeric targets have a number in the middle. This number indicates the minimum length of chains the player have to collect in order to fill such a target. Color of chains is not important as well.
Color targets are only filled if the player collects chains of the corresponding color. The length of the chain is not important.
Fall targets are not supposed to be filled. Instead, falling items appear on the field, and the player has to let them reach the most bottom line of the field.

The mixture of easy control, quick to learn plus 100 unique levels makes jalada Chain Reaction a nearly never-ending game experience for the whole family.
jalada Chain Reaction costs $9.99 for the full version and requires a Mac with OS X 10.4 and at least a 1.0 GHz G4 processor.
