In recent forum posts Blizzard Entertainment's StarCraft community manager Karune revealed some new information about the company's upcoming return to their sci-fi RTS franchise with StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty. The posts reveal new unit artwork for the Blizzcon 09 Event, the status of Kerrigan's voice, and some intriguing new features for the game's map editor.

Additionally, map makers might drool after learning the Starcraft II team is considering first person shooter capability and other classified stuff into the Galaxy Map Editor.† Now thatís some very cool news there.† UMS gaming will be an exciting and amazing experience.
On a side note, going along with the Galaxy Map Editor can do anything trend, I hear it may even be able to create a first person shooter style custom game Anyone miss those StarCraft paintball games? Our devs internally have already tried out some pretty clever side projects that have been quite successful.
