Aspyr Media has announced that they have delayed the release of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare until Q3 2008 or later this summer. They cite quality assurance issues for the unfortunate delay.

Aspyr Studios has chosen to continue to spend more time in development with the title in order to ensure a high-quality gaming experience for Mac gamers.
Earlier this year at the Macworld Expo San Francisco, Aspyr Media announced they would publish Call of Duty 4. Originally developed by Infinity Ward and licensed by Activision, Call of Duty 4 has since sold over 10 million copies worldwide.
