Apple Features MMORPGs
10:12 AM | Evan Holt | Comment on this story

Apple has posted a nice little round up of Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games (or MMORPGs for short) available for the Mac. This feature convers such games as World of Warcraft, World War II Online: Battleground Europe, Second Life and A Tale in the Desert II.

This is a great article for those that are curious as to what a MMORPG is and what it entails:

Massively multiplayer online role-playing games let you play with and against hundreds or even thousands of other players over the Internet, engaging in activities that even a solo, offline experience canít match, since live human beings are more unpredictable than computer-controlled characters. And, as our introduction demonstrates, MMORPGs take place in a wide variety of settings, enabling you to participate no matter what type of game world interests you.
