Blizzard Entertainment, the makers of the wildly successful MMORPG World of Warcraft, were recently sued by the parents of a 13-year-old gamer in China who jumped to his death last year from a 24 story building. The parents of the boy allege that obsessive playing of WoW led to their son "reenacting a scene from the game." Their lawyer, Zhang Chunliang, is active in the crusade to prevent internet game addiction and in addition to this case plans to file a class action lawsuit against the entire game industry on behalf of other parents.
