Rigel Prime Software has announced the availability of iDice for the Mac. As the name suggests, iDice offers two game types that involve the rolling of dice. The original mode, Action Dice, gives playeres a set amount of time to "pop" the dice and create high-scoring combinations. The second mode, Yacht, allows for the rolling of five dice up to three times, with the objective being to form various combinations.
iDice also features eye-candy in the form of 3D dice that conform to the laws of physics. For those that enjoy messing with nature, the speed, gravity, and traction of the dice can be altered at will.
With its use of 3-D animation and a strict adherence to the laws of physics, iDice is arguably the most realistic dice rolling game today. Enjoy two classic iDice games and bring your dice rolling to life in both English and French! Those interested in giving iDice a spin can download a free demo directly from the Rigel Prime site. Purchase information and screenshots are also available.
