RPG Vault Interviews Wideload's Matt Soell

Wideload Games fansite Wideloadgames.org (owned by Steve Campbell) is linking to another fact filled interview on the subject of Stubbs the Zombie. RPGVault.com sat down with Wideload's Matt Soell to discuss their debut game. Interview highlights include where Matt was when he came upon the idea of Stubbs, what literature inspired the basis of the Stubbs plot and more character development around Stubbs. The interview also contains several unrevealed facts about the staff at Wideload. Currently there are 11 staff on Wideload's payroll including 7 former Bungie employees.

RPG Vault: Stubbs the Zombie in
• New weapons are mentioned that Stubbs can possess people to utilize including: shotguns, chain saws and high tech gadgets such as electroshock gauntlets.
• There will be no head to head multiplayer, though co-op may happen.
• Game development started early 2004 and is on track to ship this Fall in the US for Xbox, PC and Mac. International release dates are as yet still undetermined.
