Apple has posted a feature on the Command & Conquer Generals expansion, Zero Hour.
Zero Hour continues the conflict between the United States, China, and the G.L.A. set up in Generals. The article delves into the story behind the game, and points out some of the improvements to each side, including new weapons, new countermeasures, and new technology.
On the offensive front, the Helix helicopter can move infantry and even certain vehicles to the front while the ECM tank possesses the ability to disrupt the electronics in missiles, causing them to fly off course, or in vehicles, effectively disabling them. I’ve seen the Chinese upgrade the Helix with a variety of accouterments, such as Gattling guns. They’re also building Internet Centers from which hackers can gain access to the enemy’s satellites and structures.Head over to Apple's site to check out the full article, and head over to the IMG store to purchase Command & Conquer: Generals and Zero Hour.
