Shadowbane Refuge Update 7:49 AM | Marcus Albers | Comment on this story
Shadowbane producer Frank "Kellion" Lucero posted a news item to the Shadowbane website apologizing for technical difficulties users experienced while a new Refuge server launch was attempted. Frank had this to say about the bringing the new Refuge server online, as well as plans for migrating the other servers: Tomorrow morning we will be bringing Refuge down in conjunction with the daily restart. This emergency maintenance cycle will incorporate fixes that will correct the issues with building management, and will rectify the issues with character migration. By the end of the week, a new world will be online. Players from Refuge will be migrated to this new world with only their Equipment as originally planned before yesterday's issues arose. Before it goes down tomorrow, ensure your character has the equipment on that you wish to take with you. For the other servers, migration will continue under the same conditions but on a new schedule. Players on Corruption, Damnation, Entropy, and Vengeance, will be able to migrate to this new world with only the equipped items, or to Mourning with their Equipment and Inventories. A new Migration Schedule will be released as soon as possible. Head over to the Shadowbane website for all of the information on the server migration.
