The Gamesome Mac, the Mac gaming radio program, returns from Macworld Expo 2005 in San Francisco, and on tonight's broadcast, guest host Omaha Sternberg and co-host David Finley talk with Glenda Adams, Director of Mac and PC Development at Aspyr Media, and Kevin Miles and Jon Crossland of The Gravy Factory. Founded in 1996 to publish games for the Macintosh, Aspyr Media has grown to become one of the giants of the Mac game industry. The past year has seen it publish CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, and announce the soon to be released Doom 3 for the Mac. The Gravy Factory is a lifestyle apparel factory offering clothing and other accessories to millions of consumers worldwide, with specific appeal to "gamers and geeks". Co-owners Kevin Miles, a former protege' of Def Jam Records and and Phat Farm Clothing CEO Russell Simmons, and Jon Crossland, a Grammy nominated graphic designer and creator of alternative supergroup Nine Inch Nail's logo, started the company in September of 2004. Omaha and David will also offer Mac gaming news, reviews, and commentary, and together with their guests will take questions live from listeners in The Gamesome Mac's chat room and give away a copies of some Aspyr games as well as t-shirts from The Gravy Factory. The Gamesome Mac can be heard live on MacRadio from 6 to 8:00 pm Pacific Time, 9 to 11:00 pm Eastern (Tuesday from 0200 to 0400 UTC), and on demand thereafter.
