Aspyr Media announced this morning that the Call Of Duty: United Offensive expansion pack has gone gold, and is scheduled to hit stores November 22nd.
Gray Matter's United Offensive extends the award-winning Call Of Duty first person experience through thirteen new single-player maps, eleven new multiplayer scenarios, and a slew of new weapons, special effects, and player abilities. Players wanting to re-immerse themselves in battles key to the liberation of Europe have three all-new campaigns to choose from: the new expansion pack allows players to join the U.S. 101st Airborne during the Battle of the Bulge, the British air campaigns from a B-17 bomber, or battle the enemy face to face on the Russian frontlines as a new conscript in the Battle of Kursk.
The new expansion pack requires the full version of Aspyr's Call Of Duty to run, and thus shares its system requirements: an 867 MHz G4 or faster, a 32MB ATI Radeon 7500 or nVidia Gefore 2 or better, 256 MB of RAM, a DVD drive, and OS X 10.2.8. The game is available for pre-order for $29.95 through the IMG Store - click on the link below to be among the first gamers on your block to play through the new expansion pack.
