Phelios Unleashes Little Soldiers

Prolific shareware producers Phelios have released their latest game, the military-based strategic puzzle title Little Soldiers.
The Lode Runner inspired title charges players with maneuvering tiny privates through thirty-six puzzles. Equipped with building materials, bullets, pick axes and rockets, players must plan and labour their way across each level by building fortifications, blowing up objects blocking their way, or digging themselves out of cul-de-sacs. Many of the game's puzzles require players to maneuver multiple soldiers through the level, relying on co-operation, sharing of available resources, and occasionally sacrificing some of the little buggers in order to achieve each level's goals.
The new title, whose requirements call for OS X 10.2 and an OpenGL accelerated 16 MB video card, requires a $14.95 registration to play the full version. Players interested in trying the game out can download an 8-level demo of the puzzle game through the links below:
