Following a brief interruption rumored to be caused by the unexpected reach of Hurricane Ivan, the World Of Warcraft Beta servers are back up, just in time for the game's developers to initiate Part Two of the Beta test.
Starting Wednesday morning, invitations from Blizzard Entertainment were emailed out welcoming the next round of testers into the closed beta, and a new Player-versus-Environment server was added to the mix in order to handle the increased number of players.
While some of our readers may be disappointed at not being included in this second wave of the Beta Test, all hope is not yet lost, as Blizzard has confirmed that an open beta of the massively multiplayer role playing game will start later this year. Stay tuned to IMG as further news on this new beta test surfaces.
