Custer Goes to Hell and Back for a Desktop

IMG's Brad Custer is back with another fantastic feature. This week's desktop features id Software's hotly anticipated shooter, Doom 3, which will hopefully be arriving on the Macintosh platform soon.

Here's a snippet from his write-up:

Doom 3 from id Software could pass as the latest email virus if you saw the amount of requests I am getting for it. Maybe the faithful Mac users subscribe to the "Field of Dreams" thought process - "build it and they will come". So, if I create a desktop then obviously the game will follow shortly. ;) This week I decided to test this theory and hopefully lessen the emails for a desktop from this game. This wallpaper was inspired by the demonic official web site.
Head over to Custer's Desktops to take a peek at this latest creation in various sizes.
