Marvel Heroes Accepting Mac Closed Beta Applicants

Gazillion Entertainment recently announced it is now accepting sign-ups for closed beta testing of the Mac version of Marvel Heroes. The free-to-play MMO action RPG will offer Diablo style action and allow players their choice of characters from a library of Marvel Universe icons like Wolverine, Iron Man, and Spider-Man.

Mac Closed Beta Signups – Mac gamers are now welcome to sign up for the Mac Closed Beta Test. Participants will be selected to join the Mac Closed Beta Test throughout development as we approach an exciting Mac launch this spring. An Open Beta is also planned.

Marvel Heroes is free to play and features dozens of Marvel Super Heroes and Super Villains, including Spider-Man, Iron Man, Thor, Wolverine, Hulk, Loki and Captain America. All content and playable heroes can be unlocked by playing the game without cost and each hero can be further customized through unique and extensive leveling systems, power trees, item drops and a robust crafting system. Players can also choose to wear costumes from over 70 years of Marvel history, including costumes from Marvel’s recent theatrical blockbusters. Set across diverse locations from the Marvel Universe, Marvel Heroes offers fast-paced, action-packed gameplay.

Drakensang Online Mac Version Beta Client Available

Bigpoint has announced that its browser based RPG Drakensang Online is now available to Mac OS X users courtesy of a new beta client. The game puts players in the role a warrior tasked with defeating the terrifying dragons and savage monsters of the Anderworld.

“Our aim is to provide everybody easy access to Drakensang Online regardless of the operating system they use. We are very happy to invite Mac users everywhere to join our large community centered on the best 'hack & slay' gameplay available, with truly outstanding graphics and an epic story. The multi-award-winning action RPG Drakensang Online now provides full support for Macintosh users. A beta client for Apple OS X, which supports easy Facebook registration, can be downloaded at the website.

Now, all games developed by Bigpoint are ready to be played on Mac.
