Take The Battle To The Skies In Airships
6:00 AM | Cord Kruse | Comment on this story

David Stark recently emailed IMG about Airships, an upcoming real-time strategy game soon to be made available for early access. The game lets players design diesel-punk airships and engage in combat with them. Currently Airships supports single and multiplayer ship design and combat, with additional features like ship-to-ship boarding actions, wheeled vehicles, and even dragons.

About Airships
Airships is a real-time strategy game where you design airships and then fight with them. The aim is to have pretty chaotic explodey fights and interesting ship design choices. Iíve been working on it since October 2013.

About Me
I'm David Stark, an indie developer based in Switzerland. I've been developing games since I tried getting my dad's FileMaker database to make space RPGs back in the Dark Ages. I live in Zurich, where local game development is just starting to be a thing. I've previously made smaller games like Dawn, ArtCritic, Patent Blaster and Parasite Escape.

The early access version of Airships is scheduled to launch in early March for Mac, Windows, and Linux and will cost $5.

Telltale Games and IGN have revealed a new trailer for the upcoming second episode of The Walking Dead: Season Two, as well as a Playing Dead interview with Scott Porter. The second season of the popular zombie survival adventure series features the story of Clementine, a young orphan girl struggling to survive in a world gone mad.

The Walking Dead: Season Two continues the story of Clementine, a young girl orphaned by the undead apocalypse. Left to fend for herself, she has been forced to learn how to survive in a world gone mad.

Many months have passed since the events seen in Season One of The Walking Dead, and Clementine is searching for safety. But what can an ordinary child do to stay alive when the living can be just as bad -- and sometimes worse -- than the dead?

As Clementine, you will be tested by situations and dilemmas that will test your morals and your instinct for survival. Your decisions and actions will change the story around you, in this sequel to 2012's Game of the Year.

Key Features:

  • Decisions you made in Season One and in 400 Days will affect your story in Season Two
  • Based on Robert Kirkman's award-winning comic books
  • Play as Clementine, an orphaned girl forced to grow up fast by the world around her
  • A sequel to 2012's Game of the Year
