"We are incredibly excited to bring the latest version of BioShock, one of the industry's most critically acclaimed and beloved franchises, to the Mac." said Michael Rogers, president of Aspyr Media. "We pride ourselves on bringing the very best in gaming to the Mac, and that’s exactly what Mac owners will get with Irrational Games’ masterfully-crafted BioShock Infinite."For more information about the game follow the links below.

Set in 1912, players assume the role of former Pinkerton agent Booker DeWitt, sent to the lost city to rescue Elizabeth, a young woman imprisoned there since childhood. During their daring escape, Booker and Elizabeth form a powerful bond – one that lets Booker augment his own abilities with her world-altering control over the environment. Together, they fight foes in high-speed Sky-Line battles, engage in combat both indoors and amongst the clouds, and harness the power of dozens of new weapons and abilities.
With the original BioShock, Irrational Games won "Game of the Year" awards from Game Informer, IGN, G4's X-Play, and BAFTA and redefined what players expect from a first-person shooter. Bioshock Infinite has won over 75 editorial awards, including the Game Critics Awards’ Best of Show during E3 2011.

BareFeats Reviews The Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 - UPDATED
6:00 AM | Cord Kruse | 6 comments
BareFeats.com has released another benchmark comparison, this time examining the Sapphire Radeon HD 7950. The tests provide a review of the card's performance versus other Mac Pro video options using a variety of benchmarks including performance in Civilization V and Dirt 2.
UPDATE: BareFeats.com recently added a second part to the review which includes results for StarCraft II, Diablo III, and Team Fortress 2.
1. With one exception (Motion), the Radeon HD 7950 is a significant improvement over the two GPUs Apple offers currently as factory options for the Mac Pro (Radeon HD 5770 and 5870).Check out all the statistics at the links below.

2. The Radeon HD 7950 is clear winner over the current optional Quadro 4000 for Mac kit sold on the Apple Store. It also handily beats the GeForce GTX 285 -- a card once offered in a kit but no longer in production. Many Mac Pro owners likely still have it installed.
3. We included the 2012 iMac's GeForce GTX 680MX as what we consider the strongest existing NVIDIA competition to the AMD GPUs. As you can see the Radeon HD 7950 beats it or 'meets' it in four out of the seven tests we featured. And in all but one test, it is 'in the conversation.'
