It's normal practice to have beta-forums restricted to beta-testers.

As far as I know, this site -- including the forums -- is available for everyone, whether you are a tester or note.

Apparently not.. I know that there are "legal isues" and son on, but so far, neither Shadowbane or EQ have showed their ability to perform internationally (I guess EQ has on the PC side).

Ugh, Sony still haven't opened up the Public Beta outside the US. What about us lowly Europeans eh? Does no one care? |
