HappyGear on Mac OS 8.6
Max December 17 - 3:37 PM

I've put HappyGear on a Mac OS 8.6 G3, 233MHz,
beige box. I have the latest Apple
USB 1.4.1 support extensions, and
the latest GameSprockets 1.7.5, as well
as a PCI USB card installed.

Everything works fine, but unfortunately,
many MANY Mac games are still not sprockets-aware.

I bought a Logitech Wingman GP - USB racing wheel,
primarily to play Feral Software's "Racing Days R".
But Racing Days R is NOT sprockets aware.
They say it is on their website, but that's
bogus.

Happygear enabled me to easily map the Logitech
wheel to the mouse and keyboard, and it
controls the game great.

It's worth every penny of the $30
shareware price.
