Stick that copy of UT2004 back on the shelf :) Some level 40+ guildies and myself tried out the CTF action on crushridge and it was a blast :D Apart from the fact that all the alliance were higher level than us (47-50) and we were mid 40s we still kicked their asses 3 - 0! As for people rolling new players in WoW? Choose horde, no wait times in BG more than make up for any percieved lack of quests or polish :)

As a long time FPS capture the flag fan, I've gotta say the new battlegrounds Warsong Gulch area is a blast. Games last anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour depending on the skill balance of the teams. Wait times for a game is anywhere from 2 to 8 minutes. (At least that's how it was yesterday evening on Garona server.) At the moment the Horde has their act together and Alliance sux. Out of the 8 to 10 games the horde won every one.
