In Topic: Come get some free Duke Nukem 3D + GOG Christmas sale

Just wanted to mention that GOG finally managed to snag at least some of the missing EA expansions, specifically for Wing Commander 1+2, Privateer, and most importantly Alien Crossfire for Alpha Centauri - supposedly it runs fine in Crossover (maybe Wineskin, too) - so if any of you bought these games there you might want to download the new installers. If you don't have any of them they're still a measly three bucks each until January 3.

The Descent series would another good addition to their Mac roster.
What's stopping you from buying the first two? As long as you have a means to run the installation it's a snap to get running on Mac. I did it before I went back to Windows-land. I used Wineskin to install it, and then I simply dragged the games into Boxer. They both played perfectly with either keyboard or a flight stick.

Crusader: No Remorse is a fantastic isometric third-person shoot-'em-up set in an oppressive dystopian future.
Indeed, it is. I love the Crusader games, even if the controls take a little getting used to.

There are plenty of great games on that list. My personal recommendations are:
Beneath a Steel Sky
Botanicula
Crusader: No Remorse
Darwinia
Dungeon Keeper
Faster Than Light
Little Big Adventure 1&2
Machinarium
Magic Carpet
Sim City 2000
Theme Hospital
Tyrian 2000
Ultima Underworld 1&2
Wing Commander: Privateer
Worlds of Ultima 1&2
