Okay, for the record, although it hasn't much to do with the topic of this thread, I really liked The Last Jedi. Not well enough to deem it the best Star Wars movie ever (it just dragged on too much in the middle part), but I thought it was great exactly for the reasons the orthodox Star Wars traditionalists seem to hate it for.

We can start a new thread if you'd like. I don't like TLJ because it's a bad film, star wars aside. it also does literally nothing, it moved the story nowhere and also despite Ryan Johnson claiming that he changed Star Wars by doing things differently, it changes nothing there either in terms of the larger franchise itself.

Sorry for the hijack, ill stop now.

I recently started listening to Bloc Party for the first time, the album Silent Alarm has a lot of good hits on it, i can't say that theres a particular song that I dislike. Highly recommended.

clocknova, it's not a bad show but it is terrible Star Trek. It would be an ok standalone gritty Sci-Fi show.

I'm not a Star Wars fan but I liked SW:TLJ. Saw some pew pew and swish swish, got a few laughs. A wild Laura Dern appeared. 8/10.

Oh do not get me STARTED on TLJ.

I'm not going to search to confirm but this may be the longest thread in history (129 pages) to avoid Godwin's Law. Thanks for ruining that, tBC. :)

I did not now that was even a law. Jesus.

In Topic: What games are people playing these days!?

I can't stop playing KOTOR. It might be my favorite game ever. I certainly have a bias towards it because it was my first RPG experience ever and probably was the catalyst to that becoming my favorite video game genre, but I still think its great game despite those biases (and it also blew my mind with that fraking twist, my goodness. I wonder if thats how people felt when they saw Empire Strikes Back).
