Ok,

So I was looking at this game from back in 2000's.  I do not know much about game collecting but thought about collecting old racing mac games and found this forum.  Is it worth it to collect?  I do have some free time to start a hobby and already have a few notable racing games in my collection.

I saw on amazon someone is charging like 500 bucks new for this game.

Is there a reference point for collectors like pricecharting.com for consoles?

If it is worth it to you, then it is worth it.

If you mean worth it from a money POV, then I would say no. The Mac gaming field is obviously not very big.
